BRAZUCA FITNESS
Brazuca Fitness was born from an idea of André Cruz, dancer choreographer and fitness trainer. Brazuca fitness is an explosive mix of classical gymnastic movements, tribal movements and rhythms, classic movements of Brazilian and Afro dances, movements derived from some steps of the Brazilian martial arts such as capoeIra and Maculelê, and, above all, what is believed be the fundamental ingredient of a successful program: "Fun". The lessons are easy to learn because they develop through the repetition of small gymnastic movements combined with dance steps and movements of an Afro, tribal, Samba, Capoeira nature etc ... divided into short execution blocks which are repeated several times so that they can be easily learned by the student; all this encompasses the harmony of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening work. The success of a Brazuca Fitness lesson is also given by the specially selected musical choice that gives the right energy charge to the student and allows him to let himself be carried away by these rhythms that, already alone, transmit fun according to the most common traditions of Brazilian culture and of the neo-Latin countries. With an hour of training that takes place through small choreography developed on music, different muscle groups are involved exploiting movements deriving from Afro Brazilian cultures and dances such as:
SAMBA - Brazilian dance that derives from the carnival and which mainly involves the muscles of the lower part of the body, «leg and buttocks».
AFRO AND TRIBAL - a dance with a strong bodily expression, in which coordinated movements of legs and arms.
CAPOEIRA - a mix between dance and martial art that develops great agility, coordination, endurance and power.
BRAZUCA MACULELE' is an innovative form of cardiovascular training and toning that takes its cue from Maculelè (uses its movements, is inspired by it but is not the real maculelè). Brazuca Maculelè is carried out with the use of two sticks to the rhythm of remixed music.
Brazuca Maculelè H20 the first of its kind in the world! Aquatic gymnastics with the use of two sticks, inspired by the Brazilian folk dance, the Maculelè, and where its movements are studied and reworked to be performed in water. Brazuca Maculelè H2O is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to train in a fun and efficient way. The use of the stick is, of course, a way to make the work of this class even more powerful.
